Caption: Back to his loft to finish carrying up wallboard. When we got back to the loft, we found one of the kittens that Jon found living in the gas station next door covered in motor oil. He probably fell into a vat of some sort. These were feral cats, so the kitten was very hard to get ahold of. We chased it for some time until I caught it by throwing my jacket over it. We took the kitten to the vet to see if it could be cleaned and treated. He became the lovable Jeffy and lived with Cathy and I for many years.
