It was Billy's Birthday, and we asked him if he wanted to meet for lunch on their way to Pittsfield. We told him we'd be happy to go to the Italian Restaurant which we usually never want to go to, but that Billy likes a lot. Cathy ordered something she liked quite a bit, which means going back will be a little easier. We brought Billy Isaac Mizrahi's new memoir as a present.
